In Words of Rich Litvin

Here’s why I want to flip that question around.

Everyone wants an answer to that question, and you watch people who’ve been super successful stand up at events and tell you, “Hey, here’s my 17-step Plan. Here’s my three steps to success.”

But what they’re really telling you is, “This is what helped me.”

And how many times have we been to trainings, and we’ve learned from people, and then it doesn’t work?

Well, it doesn’t work because it was their system.

So what might be familiar to you when I say this is when tragedy strikes, when there’s a crisis in your life, you don’t have to pull out a book to find out how to be a leader, how to show up powerfully.

You just show up powerfully. And what’s interesting for me is to draw out, well, how do you show up when crisis strikes?

How do you show up when there’s a problem or a struggle in your life?

And how can we draw that out so you can access that when there isn’t struggle?

So you can access that without having to go through a crisis point first, but you can show up as your powerful self. And so that’s the piece that I draw out when I spend time with my clients to find out, what is the person that makes you up?

What is it that makes you the most powerful you? And how can you access that at times when life is great and times when life is feeling really good?
